Coca Cola A23E Vendo Vending Machine - Antique Vintage Spin Top - "WORKS". I have never owned one of these, but here are my observations. The paint appears to be original with some surface rust. The rotating top is pushed down in one area - see photo - not sure how easily it can be repaired.

The hinge on the bottle door has been replaced - see photo. The metal case appears to be pushed in (dented) on the bottom of the left side - see photo with 2x4.

The coin mechanism is there, but a dime does not drop all the way to release the turning mechanism, but the coin return button works. The coin box is present. The knob turns and rotates the spin top when manually released since the coin does not drop to release it. When plugged in the system runs, but is noisy. It shut off automatically when the bottle carousel reached temperature.
