Nice original Coca-Cola machine with celebrity history. On photo #2 read the 1958 newspaper clipping about this machine! Do not know many details about this machine. Only that it stayed at this corner store for many many years. The machine never got replaced and only partially fixed because it had quite a celebrity following of the locals.
People used to stand in front of it to get their picture taken and that it was great for business! Then after someone attempted to steal the machine it was put in the owners house and until recent times. I plugged the machine in and the upper fan runs in it and it seems to run cool. The lower one is missing but the brackets & the blade is there. The coin mechanism is out of it otherwise it seems very complete. After looking up the information on it it appears to be a 1954 Vendo 110 model. Very clean for being 65 years old and very nice paint for being that old. I wish I had more details of where it came from Im only going on Info from the person I bought it from at an event called the 50 mile yard sale in New York State. The newspaper clipping is only a photograph, he said the family would not give up their original clipping! If anyone knows of any more information on this machines history. Please contact me I may even keep it for myself! That you will have to set up with them. With the machine and s kid I estimated at 4 00 Lbs. The item "Coca Cola Machine With Violent History Vendo 110 WORKING Vending Nice Original" is in sale since Friday, January 25, 2019.
