It is the same machine as the Vendo 110, Vendo bought VMC. We just finished this machine, and it is a nice one.
Here are some restoration notes on this machine. Over 200 hours of meticulous labor. Body: Taken all the way down to the frame. Wood door and cabinet frames: Replaced. This machine has a wood frame in the door and cabinet.
Insulation: New and Replaced in both the door and cabinet. Rust: any rust that could be removed was and then the rust was sealed with zinc coating.
Body dents, rust, holes- all fixed repaired sanded primed and refinished. Coin Mechanism completely restored, new plating and essentially brand new!10 (2 nickels or a dime). Paint: original color, automotive quality paint and 2 coats of auto clear coat. Cooling system / Compressor: brand new and tested to run cold.
Compressor not shown in images, but has been installed. Light: New ballast installed, new wiring. Wire Harness: new wire, power cord. Breaker Strips and Molding New and replaced. Lock on main door and coin door: new and replaced. Glass in bottle door: new and replaced. Another reason its popular is that it can vend any drink that comes in 6.5 oz to 12oz bottles, not just the small 6.5 oz or 8 oz. This machine is more common in Coke Cola, but scarce in Pepsi Brand.
