Vintage coke machine Drink selection panel

Vintage coke machine Drink selection panel. I have no idea what year model this is. I don't know if it works.

This came from my church gymnasium which had a more modern coke machine in the 90s. This part was found inside the modern case along with an old bottle cap collection box which I have misplaced. There are some dings and bent spots on the chrome.
