Vintage Jacobs 26 Coca Cola Coke Vending Machine. One of the first vending machines made by the Jacobs Company, the J-26 was featured as "coming soon" in trade publication advertising of July, 1947. Its dimensions are 19" wide x 26" deep x 54 high.

It weighs about 235 pounds. One side of the machine serves as the loading door and opening it reveals a lightweight aluminum drum holding 26 bottles in nine pie-shaped compartments with enough room to chill 41 more bottles. One crank of the handle dispenses a bottle through a chute on the skinny side. The interior components are complete and ready for rehab, the cord requires replacement. I have owned this since 1977 and it ran at that time.
