This WORKING vintage mid-century Coca-Cola vending machine is a sought-after collectible for soda enthusiasts and collectors alike. This "slider" type Glasco GBV50 machine can vend bottles, ranging from 6-12 ounces.
To dispense, after being held by their necks, bottles are slid over to the dispensing slot, pulled up to remove, then opened with the cap opener (see video). This machine has all parts needed to vend for 5,10,15, or 20 cents (or free), and is currently set for 15 cents, which matches the coin insert label. The slider section can be removed to convert to an open refrigerated area (as shown with cans/bottles and lower storage area). Keys for both locks, and the required hand crank are included.
The power cord and bottle opener have been replaced. Original paint, with normal wear and tear. Main cabinet measures 38"H X 33"W X 19D (excluding hinges, handle, cap catcher, and coin mechanism case).
